Zak Holt

Zak has built his career advising on, acquiring, developing, repositioning and managing real estate investments with a total capitalization of approximately $3 billion.

Most recently, Zak was a Principal at Bridgeton where he led housing, hospitality and tactical investments in Colorado and California. Prior to Bridgeton, Zak was a Vice President on the investments team at Resource Land Holdings, a natural resource real estate private equity firm, where he executed land entitlement, MPC, water infrastructure, agricultural, mining and timber investments and provided board level and operational support for the funds' operating businesses in Colorado, Utah, the Southeast and Western Canada. Prior to RLH, Zak was an Investments Associate at Bridgeton and an Analyst in the Restructuring Group (Real Estate) at Houlihan Lokey.

Zak is a graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and Stanford's Graduate School of Business.

Outside of work, Zak is an avid ski mountaineer, trail runner and cyclist. He volunteers for Challenge Aspen and serves on the board of Raising A Reader Aspen to Parachute.
